A durable hard roof shelter structure designed for a community recreation area in Far North Queensland. The project delivered a permanent, low-maintenance shade and weather protection solution built to withstand harsh tropical conditions.
Remote community locations present unique logistical challenges including limited access for heavy machinery, extreme weather exposure, and the need for structures requiring minimal ongoing maintenance.
A pre-fabricated hard roof shelter was designed for efficient transport and assembly in the remote location. The structure uses cyclone-rated materials and corrosion-resistant hardware suitable for the harsh tropical environment.
